The Quality, health, security & maintenance office is responsible for:

Our dedicated services: quality and precision

  • Temperature-controlled warehouses +8° +25°, with relative humidity not exceeding 80% and cold rooms at 0° +4°and +2°+8°, suitable for the storage of “sensitive” goods and constantly monitored through control and dehumidification systems. We also have warehouses authorized in accordance with Law 327/1980 for the storage of food supplements and which comply with the management operating procedures in accordance with D.Lsg 169/2004. The management operating procedures comply with Legislative Decree 219/06, which regulates the storage, warehousing and handling of drugs and medical devices.
  • All our warehouse operators are trained in the proper handling and management of products
  • Our internal Quality Department ensures compliance with all current industry regulations and is able to provide consulting support to customers for consolidation and optimization of flows
  • We offer a reliable service with assured and guaranteed delivery times to hospitals, laboratories, nursing homes, pharmacies and to “home” patients. Our staff is highly prepared and has appropriate behavior, clothing and work.
  • We also deal with distribution to retail outlets (perfumeries, pharmacies, etc…) and to doctors’ offices, pharmacies, large-scale retail trade, final customers (e-commerce) with a service from the high standards of capillarity, speed and accuracy
  • Regarding warehouse flows, we carry out picking according to lot and expiry management criteria (LIFO, FIFO, FEFO).
  • Our management software manages production batch and product expiration, guiding operators in picking according to procedures agreed upon with our customers. We provide complete movement tracking and real-time updating of inventories.
  • Project and use of customized packaging and set-up: we realize all customer requests and needs.
  • Customization: display packaging; gift wrapping; insertion of flyers, leaflets, brochures, greeting cards; labeling; kitting activities; and any other industry-specific activities.
  • Operational flexibility: experience in handling seasonal peaks and exceptional needs
  • Track & Trace
  • On Demand and customized real-time services: temperature tracking, SMS and Email sending/receiving and notifications, signature for goods pickup through mobile device.
  • Returns management with procedures agreed upon with customers.
  • Dedicated Customer Service Account, is specialized for the management of all logistics activities in the sector and is trained for dialogue with public and private entities in the health sector. The Customer Service Account is the reference for all operational needs of the customer.
